Abstract

The present study explored the impact of coach-athlete relationship quality
and psychological safety on Judokas’ mental well-being through perceived
social support within and outside sports. We hypothesized a structural
equation model that tested the statistical effect of the coach-athlete
relationship on mental well-being, with perceived support and psychological
safety as mediators.
