Abstract
Alternative LC/MS-based quantification methods have been applied to measure the amounts, concentration, and plasma activity of chitotriosidase for various Gaucher disease patients. LC/MSE and LC/MRM-MS/MS-based quantification methods have both been applied to measure the concentration of plasma proteins in an untargeted and targeted fashion, respectively. The qualitative results of the LC/MSE experiments were used to direct the development of unique, non-interfered MRM transitions for chitotriosidase.
