Abstract

In Finland, national PA recommendations for school-aged children state that:

All 7-to 18-year-olds should be physically active for at least one to two hours daily, continued periods of sitting for more than 2 hours at a time should be avoided, and screen time with entertainment media should be limited to 2 hours per day.
