Research output: Contribution to conference without publisher/journalConference abstract for conferenceResearchpeer-review

Abstract

The key objective of this study is to understand the association of CQ with social integration and performance in groups. In this regard, we will pick up recent calls for research and analyze the effects of the distribution of CQ within a group. Hence, we will analyze which CQ scores and dimension are the most effective predictors of social integration and group performance: the higher, the lower, the average, the variance and the CQ of a specific individual (e.g. the leader), as done in the leadership literature.
