"Can I work on my own?" – addressing the challenges of multicultural group work

    Abstract

    The DUN SIGS, Teaching and Learning in the International Classroom (TLIC) and Bias Aware Teaching and Learning (BATL) share an interest in supporting diversity and addressing inequalities in higher education. In 2022, the two SIGs adopted a common focus ‘Teachers’ and students’ experiences of equity and inclusive education at Danish Higher Education Institutions’, which led to our collaboration on the DUNK 2023 workshop on multicultural group work.
