Description
Here, we propose the development of
bioinformatics strategies for tackling the pressing computational issues that arise from this
dramatic development. For some of the computational models underlying the biological
questions exact methods exist (sufficient for small/mid-scale data analysis) but we lack
efficient approaches for tackling the large-scale data. Here, we aim to fill this gap by
providing life scientists with sophisticated, accurate tools for handling data of real-world
scale.
