Project Details

Description

In continuous work participation of employees with musculoskeletal pain and physically demanding work, dialogue and collaboration between the employee and workplace actors are vital. A prerequisite for collaboration is communication about the challenges and potential solutions for staying at work, but many employees struggle to articulate their situation to their employer and to their GP.

Using an Intervention Mapping approach and including stakeholders, The Way to Go project aims to map important barriers of dialogue between the employee, employer and healthcare system and identity viable solutions to assist dialogue and collaboration.
