User Involvement in General Practice from the Patients’ Perspectives

This is a cross-sectional prospective cohort study assessing patients’ evaluation of involvement in general practice. We have a specific focus on patients diagnose with either diabetes type 2 or chronic obstructive lung disease. Data will be obtained using the SDM-Q-9 questionnaire emailed to members of Diabetesforeningen and Lungeforeningen.
