Description
International Research Stay the School of Public Affairs and the Center for Organization Research (CORD) at Arizona State University (ASU) spring 2017. As
part of my post.doc.-project I'm invited to be a visiting scholar at CORD, ASU from January 9 to June 28 2017. My post.doc.-project investigates consequences of the Danish Bibliometric Research Indicator (BRI) – a so-called performance-based university research funding system – for Danish researchers’ motivation, workbehavior
and performance. During my stay at CORD I’ll work together with Barry Bozeman, Derrick Anderson and Monica Gaughan. One project will be on how the BRI has affected the researchers’ at-work time allocation between research,
teaching, knowledge dissemination, grant writing and administrative tasks.
