Project Details
Description
At SDU we are world experts in the usage of Microservices to develop secure and distributed applications that can process a huge amount of data. In particular, we are frontrunners in using a choreographic approach to develop sustainable and secure distributed systems. We aim to combine this expertise with Elena's expertise in identifying the challenges and requirements of implementing and maintaining sustainable ICT-based infrastructures following a sociotechnical perspective. Moreover, Equinor is world leader in developing, running and maintaining such monitor infrastructures for improving environmental sustainability in the Arctic. There is no better partner to study the state-of-the-art. The goal is to study, develop, and use the new approaches of Microservice/Choreographies for creating more secure, transparent, and efficient oil and gas monitoring infrastructures for the Arctic, taking into account not only the functional requirements of such systems but having instead a wider sociotechnical perspective.
