Description
The rise in the privatization have created a situation where private entities have more and more influence on the activities in outer space, while classically not being participants in the creation of international law. The project wish to ask first of all what the methodology of outer space is, whether it may differ from classic public international law, and finally whether non-governmental entities may influence the legal regime of outer space.
