Description
DRONe undersøger forholdet mellem innovative teknologier og organisationers resiliens overfor forandring. Specifikt afdækker projektet de sociokognitive faktorer, der i relation til ny teknologi, gør det muligt for organisationer at imødegå gradvise og uforudsete ændringer i bl.a. arbejdsopgaver samt medarbejder- og omverdensrelationer. Projektet indebærer et casestudie af, hvordan droner med termografiske kameraer har skabt grobund for en ny praksis indenfor vedligeholdelsen samt reparation af fjernvarmerør, der gradvist påvirker arbejdsgangene i Danmarks største forsyningsselskab, HOFOR.
