Description

Project Early Detection and Prevention (In Danish: Projekt Tidlig Opsporing og Forebyggelse (TOF)) is a research and collaboration project with the overall aim of developing and testing a systematic and holistic research-based intervention for detecting and preventing lifestyle diseases in the primary health sector in Denmark. It is the general practitioners and municipalities in the Region of Southern Denmark, the University of Southern Denmark and the Region of Southern Denmark who jointly plan and implement the project.
