Prenatal exposure to phthalates and allergic disease in 3 to 5-year old children: a nested case-control study among 850 mother-child pairs in the Odense Child Cohort.

Phthalate metabolites measured in gestational week 28 from 850 pregnant women from the Odense Child Cohort (OCC) will be associated to allergic diseases in children followed up till the age of 5 year with validated questionnaires about asthma and allergy, of whom 200 will have specific IgE allergens measured in serum.
