Key findings
In case of suspected progression of stage IV NSCLC:
1) it is safe and valuable to rebiopsy as new treatment targets are found in at least 15%
2) ctDNA is able to identify progression earlier than standard CT as RECIST criteria often are uncertainly met. Early identification of progression saves the patient and heath care system from failing, expensive treatment with potentially severe side effects.
