SDU and Kata Fonden have each developed special expertise in Danish Companies' Growth in China The Parties have an interest in expanding their knowledge in relation to Danish companies' Growth through research.
The Parties accordingly have a Mutual interest in collarborating on the Project and securing the Project financially through co-financing, as indicated in clause 3.
