Research collaboration to improve pleural care in Denmark and globally.
Comprises a variety of initiatives:
1) Establishing the Pleural Interest Group of Danish Respiratory Society (2018)
2) Danish Guidelines within Pleural diseases (ongoing)
3) Establishing Pleural Clinics in each Danish Region
4) Pleural research projects across Denmark
4) PhD projects in pleural disease and/or thoracic ultrasound
5) Involvement in International pleura groups including guidelines groups
6) Positions in European Respiratory Society groups on pleural disease
