Project Details
Description
The EAST project has been carried out as a feasibility study with the aim of developing collaboration and information exchange between parties in the automotive supply chain with new technologies. The project has been divided into the following streams:
EAST-1 Information sharing during the life cycle of EV batteries: Through external analysis, contact has been established with globally leading initiatives. Continuation projects are planned with an expanded consortium. The project has contributed to gather knowledge, the anchoring of EU legislation and preparations for industrialization. The project has analyzed different collaboration models for information exchange between stakeholders during the life cycle of EV batteries. Contact has been established with globally leading initiatives.
EAST-2 Development of the automotive supply chain The project has clearly shown opportunities for innovation and development. Based on a survey and gap analysis, the project has focused on how increased digitization and new technologies can develop the supply chain.
