Greener Fields for Safer Plates

This research proposal delves into the complexities of pesticide use in Danish agriculture. We combine quantitative and qualitative methods to explore farmer perspectives, consumer willingness to pay for pesticide-reduced products, and mitigation strategies. Using a mixed-methods approach, we encourage stakeholder dialogues, and inspire stainable practices in Denmark's agriculture sector.
