Evaluating public libraries: A value-based approach

Project: PhD Project

Project Details

Description

The purpose of the project “Evaluating public libraries” is to design a value-based evaluation model for future assessment of public libraries. The research design aims to scrutinize known research in two comprehensive systematic literature reviews that investigates i) evidentially found values and ii) applied methods for assessing such values. With a basis in these, the project will provide an evidentially based evaluation model for assessing public libraries’ service design. In the last study within this project, the purpose is to validate the evaluation model.
