Decoding Lifespan Disadvantage (DELIGHT): A Data-Driven Machine Learning Approach

In Denmark in 2023, the life expectancy gap between the lowest and highest 20% of lifespans is 36 years. DELIGHT will apply advanced machine learning to Danish register data on millions of lifespans to understand who the people with the lowest 20% lifespan are, and how much of this disadvantage is avoidable through policies and programmes.
