Project: EU

Project Details

Description

Participation in the Baltic eHealth project (total budget 800,000 €). Our role was to conduct the sub-study Rural eHealth with a budget of 100,000 €. We conducted a survey among residents in Odense and Ærø (n = 2000), followed by interviews in these areas. The purpose was 1) to analyze public attitudes towards telematic delivery of health services (video consultation and foreign hospitals assessing your X-rays) and 2) to analyze whether the supply of health care services in rural areas plays a role for people when deciding to live or remain living in rural areas.
