I am a postdoc researcher at the ToSleep Project (Carlsberg Foundation), exploring sleep-tracking apps and technologies, user experiences, and sleep futures and imaginaries.
RESEARCH PARTICIPANTS WANTED
I’m currently looking for participants in Denmark (18+) who do not take medication on a daily basis that affects sleep, and who:
- track or have tracked their sleep using apps (e.g., Sleep Cycle, Pokémon Sleep, SleepTown, etc.) or wearable devices (e.g., Oura, Garmin, Apple Watch, Fitbit, Whoop, etc.),
OR
- would be interested in trying sleep tracking for a short period (by downloading an app or using your own wearable device).
