Thomas Reimer is a Professor in Consumer Behavior at the University of Southern Denmark. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Rostock (Germany). His dissertation was awarded the Best Thesis Award (Germany) by the International Marketing Trends Conference 2019 and was Runner up in the Best Dissertation Award of the University of Rostock 2018. His research interests focuses on virtual relationship management, service robots and digital WOM-marketing. His work has been published in leading journals such as Journal of Business Research and Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services. He has been appointed as a Visiting Researcher at the University of Maastricht (2017) and at the University of Aarhus (2018).
