• Current position: Professor and consultant, Department of Clinical Immunology, Odense University Hospital and Faculty for Health Sciences, University of Southern Denmark from 1/8 2001.
• Chief consultant at Department of Clinical Immunology, Vævstypelaboratoriet, H:S Rigshospitalet from September 1998 to July 2001.
• Authorization as a specialist in clinical immunology March 1998.
• Doctoral thesis (dr.med.) from the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Copenhagen, January 1996. Title: Regulation of the human B-lymphocyte response against Haemophilus influenzae type b capsular polysaccharide.

Current Scientific Positions

• Chairman of the Scientific Committee under the Danish Blood Donor Organization (from 2011).
