Personal profile

Research areas

I am a PhD student at the Centre for Border Region Studies, SDU Sønderborg.

My research interests are defence and security policy, the Arctic region, and non-state actors in international relations. I mostly draw my theoretical lenses from critical security theory and discourse theory.

My PhD project (2025-2028) focuses on how sub-state actors affect foreign and security policy.

I am available to supervise students in both Odense and Sønderborg.
