Personal profile

Research areas

Interventions, infant and toddler health, overweight, nutrition, and sleep.

Research Interests

I have a background in human nutrition. My research focuses on how to promote healthy weight development, health, and well-being in infants and toddlers through interventions in health services. Currently, as part of my Ph.D. project, I am investigating whether such interventions can improve infants' and toddlers' sleep and support parents in managing their children's sleep.

Previously, I have contributed to the implementation of interventions focusing on nutrition, including the role of nutrients in breast milk, as well as vitamin D and milk protein, and their impact on the growth and health of infants, toddlers, and school-aged children.
