Rasmus Nielsen is a lecturer at the University of Southern Denmark (SDU) specializing in negotiation, leadership, and sociolinguistics. With a strong track record in both academic research and applied negotiation training, Nielsen bridges theory and practice across public, private, and multinational organizations.
His expertise spans leadership and negotiation in public organizations, international business negotiations, and the social dynamics of culture and language in society. He has delivered training and lectures for top management teams at global firms like Ecco, Orifarm, and Meneta, and for union representatives through Dansk Magisterforening. He also serves as a board member and examiner for SDU RIO’s Below Zero Green Start-Up Initiative, reflecting his engagement with sustainable business innovation.
Nielsen’s research has been presented at prestigious international forums, including Georgetown University and the World Congress for Applied Linguistics.
