Research

I am doing research in legal history, primarily on the legal development in Denmark in the Middle Ages, but during the last years I have been moving towards studying the 19th century as this period saw the the first development of a modern Danish way of thinking about the law.

Teaching as inspiration

I have extensive teaching experience in especially jurisprudential subjects within legal sociology, legal philosophy and - of course - legal history, but I have also on several occasions taught on legal methodology. At the moment, I am teaching courses in constitutional law (and human rights) and on digitalization and law.
