Curriculum

Nina Nørgaard is Associate Professor of Applied Linguistics and Director of the Centre for Multimodal Communication (CMC) at the Department of Language, Culture, History and Communication. She is cand.phil. in English (1997), Ph.D. in English/stylistics (2002) and dr.phil. in multimodal stylistics (2020).

Research areas

Multimodality, stylistics, multimodal stylistics, multimodal health communication, multimodal discourses of sustainability and the environment, the semiotics of typography, the semiotics of architecture.
