Research Interests

My research focuses on Leadership and Organization Studies. I investigate how managerial and institutional interventions shape organizational life, paying particular attention to their effects on individuals and the dynamics of complex social processes. My work explores how mechanisms of discipline and structure contribute to the construction of organizational realities and behaviors.

Specifically, I am interested in identification, identity, and transitions in and between roles or positions. In addition, I focus on the tensions, paradoxes, and taken‑for‑granted assumptions embedded in management practices and their implications for the social and relational aspects of organizational life.
