Research areas

I am Head of the Secretariat for the joint administrative unit at the Department of Clinical Research and the Department of Regional Health Research at the University of Southern Denmark. My work focuses on developing and consolidating administrative processes that support the strategic objectives and daily operations of the departments. I prioritize establishing transparent workflows, ensuring high-quality administrative support, and facilitating effective collaboration across the university and hospital sectors.

My background as a researcher, nurse, and administrative research coordinator provides me with a strong understanding of both clinical practice and the academic environment. I work in a structured and inclusive manner, with particular attention to organisational coherence and well-functioning professional relationships.

I am currently pursuing a Diploma in Leadership to further strengthen my professional and personal leadership practice.
