Mickael Bech is professor of healthcare leadership and policy.
Mickael has previously been head of research and professor of healthcare economics and leadership at VIVE - The Danish Center for Social Science Research, director at the Faculty of Health Sciences, UCL University College, and professor of healthcare Leadership Crown Prince Frederik Center for Public Leadership at Aarhus University.
Mickael's research focuses on leadership, organization and management in the healthcare system.
