Research Interests

Maj Hansen has been affiliated with the Department of Psychology at the University of Southern Denmark (SDU) since 2010. Her research primarily centers around clinical psychology (trauma psychology), with strong connections to developmental, social, occupational, and organizational psychology. Maj’s work focuses on the theory, prevention, screening, and treatment of individuals who have experienced traumatic events, particularly sexual assaults.

Furthermore, Maj has explored more conceptual issues related to these topics.
