Research Interests

My current research interests are in the areas of leadership and change management, with a particular focus on critical management studies, co-creation management, identity, ethnocentrism and neocolonialism. Taking departure in a specific interest in reflexivity, my research further focuses on developing reflexive approaches to research, practice, teaching and learning.

I currently teach courses on qualitative methods, management and change management; and I supervise projects primarily at master’s level supporting a non-positivist, reflexive and explorative approach to research.
