Research areas

In my work with education and communication, I focus on the role of mathematics in an interdisciplinary interaction with the other STEM disciplines. I work practice- and researchoriented with collaborative approaches that methodically draw on design-based research.

My research interests include knowledge of evaluation cultures and the emotional implications of those cultures. I'm also interested in  interdisciplinary competences developed in formal and informal learning situations as well as the experience of and with mathematics and science as a subject and as an actor in society.
