Personal profile

Research areas

I am an enthusiastic health psychologist with a broad range of experience and skills and a passion for persistent pain management, behaviour change and health promotion. My interests span the areas of intervention development, acceptance and mindfulness-based therapies and mixed-method research.

Research areas

My current work as a Postdoc at the University of Southern Denmark is within the MOBILIZE project, that centres on developing an intervention based on exercise and education for people living with multiple chronic conditions. As part of the first phase of the development, I am conducting a scoping review focusing on mapping behaviour change techniques used in patient-centred interventions for people living with multiple chronic conditions.
