Research areas

Jøren Ullits is an associate professor at the University of Southern Denmark. His research looks into the processes of constructing digital administration solutions in complience with administrative law, admin principles and data protections legislation. The focus of his research lies in the intersection and interaction between technology and law. Jøren also looks more generally at technological avenues for using (submitting, retrieving, processing and so forth) civic data in a transparent, autenthic and secure way, in compliance with admin law and the data protection framework. 

Besides being course leader for the mandatory LL.B course in Administrative Law and the LL.M course in Digital Administrative Law at the University of Southern Denmark, he practice law through different chairman appointments (in the fields of sustainable energy and in the model for compensatory damages to former minkfarmers post Covid 19).
