Research Interests

I am focussing on unfolding tumor heterogeneity profile of aggressive tumors and identify cell populations associated with aggressiveness such as drug resistance in a variety of cancers. I use single-cell multi-OMICS and high-end computational tools to decode gene regulatory networks that drive drug resistance and whether their perturbation can confer sensitivity. Additionally, I subject these outcomes to machine learning for patient stratification.
