Personal profile

Research Interests

My primary area of research includes the clinimetric specialty pertaining including Rasch analyses, factor analyses, validation studies and cross-cultural adaptation of international questionnaires into Danish.

In addition, new questionnares are developed in areas where existing questionnaires are of poor quality or missing. The main areas include questionnares specific to the musculoskeletal system, however, I also work with questionnaires in many other areas such as dementia, ear-nose-throat problems, quality of cross-sectorial patient transfers, quality of life and more. In addition, I work with different types of questionnaires specific for children/adolescents and geriatric patients.

Another area of research is childrens’ motor development and movement patterns and how these relate to musculoskeletal problems.
