Curriculum

Achim Schroll studies mathematics in his 85th semester.

Achim holds a doctorate from ETH-Zurich and habilitation from RWTH-Aachen. He was a post doctoral fellow at the University of Oslo and held various professorships at RWTH Aachen, NTNU Trondheim and Lund University.

Achim was guest professor at Research Institut Oberwolfach, Institut Mittag-Leffler, Isaac Newton Institut, Simula Research Lab, ETH-Zurich and University of Konstanz. He was invited young scientist at the 29th Lindau Nobel Laureate meeting.

Achim is a passionate alpin skier and yacht skipper.
