Research areas

My research interests lie at the intersection of behavioral strategy and organization design. Particularly, I study behavioral micro-foundations of organizational adaptation and how organizational design influences individual learning and decision-making. I mainly approach this, using behavioral experiments. This approach allows us to better understand phenomena related to lacking organizational responses to climate change and sustainability more generally.
