Research Interests
Jeg er interesseret i elevers trivsel, deres værdier og deres veje igennem uddannelsessystemet. Det betyder at jeg interesserer mig for faglig trivsel, mental trivsel og social trivsel og for børn og unges uddannelsesvalg, overgange i uddannelsessystemet, indkulturering og identitetsprocesser på uddannelser samt frafald og fastholdelse.
Min empiriske forskning er karakteriseret ved komplekse designs. Det kan være komparative på tværs af lande eller longitudinelle, mixed methods designs med flere komplementære (kvantitative såvel som kvalitative) metoder.
Jeg er desuden en passioneret underviser og oplægsholder.
