Research areas

My research interests and areas of expertise include public leadership, organisational studies, and behaviour of frontline workers. I am committed to conducting research that is both of academic value and relevant to the surrounding society. I achieve this through a high degree of dialogue and co-production with public service practitioners and a dedicated approach to disseminating my research. I am motivated by teaching inside and outside of university, as I find the interaction with the students and practitioners fruitful and rewarding. I rely on both quantitative and qualitative methods.
