Daniyal Khan is currently a PhD Research Fellow at the Department of Technology and Innovation in the section of Mechanical Engineering at University of Southern Denmark. Holding BSc. and MSc. in Mechanical Engineering from Marmara University Turkey, his research centers on Internal Combustion Engines, Computational Fluid Dynamics and Zero/One Dimensional Modelling.

Special areas of proficiency include Variable Compression Ratios in Engines with focus on emissions and their applications in research and industry. He is also very interested in industrial scale solutions in the development phase of the vehicles.

Daniyal is also a certified Associate in Mechanical Design from Solidworks and possess a nine month professional experience of working as an Engine Modelling Engineer at AVL List GmbH, Austria.
