Research Interests

My group investigates aspects of bacterial stress responses, particularly DNA damage stress, cell envelope stress and bacteriophage attack, and how these responses intersect with the fundamental mechanisms controlling the bacterial cell cycle. We are integrated in the Research Unit for Molecular Microbiology, BMB.
