Research areas

I specialize in health behavior and complex interventions within occupational and clinical settings. With a focus on realist methodology, I develop and evaluate interventions to understand what works, for whom, and in what contexts. Currently pursuing a Ph.D., I employ a mixed methods realist approach to evaluate a stress management intervention for employees with work-related stress. My research interests include the interplay between mental, physical, and social health, with the aim of enhancing healthcare interventions through mixed methods.
