Personal profile
Research areas
I’m deeply passionate about the health and well-being of children and adolescents, focusing on areas like healthy weight development in young children, stress and sleep issues in teens, and tackling social inequalities in health. With extensive experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating complex public health interventions, I specialize in early interventions in municipalities and school-based programs. My expertise spans theory- and evidence-driven approaches, systematic planning models (including Intervention Mapping and the PRECEDE-PROCEED framework), validation studies, advanced epidemiological and statistical analysis (impact evaluation), and mixed methods research (process evaluation)
