Analyzing data on use patterns and effects / side effects of medicines to support the most rational use of drugs. Professor of pharmacoepidemiology and clinical pharmacy Usually using real-world data from Danish (or international) data sources to investigate known or unknown effects of drug treatment.

I am a professor at the University of Southern Denmark, where I do most of my registry based research. I'm also the Head of Research at Hospital Pharmacy Funen at the Odense University Hospital, where we primarily do clinical research centered around deprescribing.
