Research areas
My main field of expertise is moral philosophy , especially contextual ethics, Wittgensteinian ethics, virtue ethics and ethics in healthcare. Other areas are professional ethics, philosophical anthropology, notions of the good life, ethics and literature and the status of moral philosophy.
Research information
I have just finished a monograph on the relation between moral theory, moral philosophy and moral life. I also work on a number of themes in Wittgensteinian and virtue ethics and projects on professional ethics for the welfare professions, on the role of literature in moral development and on the ethical aspects of the use of AI in Health Care.
